EASYTHREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Albero Art, located in Temerin, Serbia ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, or using EasyThree ("Software"), you agree to the following terms:
1. LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EasyThree on up to two (2) devices per subscription account, solely for personal or business use.
2. FREE TRIAL
You may use EasyThree free of charge for seven (7) calendar days from initial activation. Continued use after the trial requires a valid paid subscription.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
EasyThree is licensed on a subscription basis for thirty (30) days or one (1) year from activation. Subscription includes access to updates and support during the term. Expired subscriptions may result in limited functionality. Renewal is optional.
4. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, sublicense, or tamper with license validation or registry logic. You may not use EasyThree for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
5. OWNERSHIP
EasyThree is licensed, not sold. All rights remain the exclusive property of Albero Art.
6. LICENSE MANAGEMENT
You may install EasyThree on up to two (2) devices. License transfers between devices are allowed using built-in license management tools.
7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Updates and support may be provided during the active subscription period. Compatibility with future systems is not guaranteed.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement terminates if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of EasyThree.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Albero Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use EasyThree.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.
11. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with applicable export laws. EasyThree may not be exported to restricted countries or entities.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Albero Art regarding EasyThree and supersedes all prior communications.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By clicking "I Agree," installing, or using EasyThree, you confirm that you understand and accept this Agreement.
